Menassat Developments cooperates with soccer player Ahmed Hassan to execute a sports project in 2021 in the New Administrative Capital (NAC), Invest-Gate reports.

The project comprises a 2,450 sqm sports rehabilitation center and a gym in the Downtown area overlooking the Green River in NAC. The project also includes a restaurant, a café, and an administrative office, according to the official statement published on March 9.

Ahmed Amin Masoud, chairman of the board of directors at Menassat, affirms the company’s keenness to invest in NAC as part of its EGP 6bn-projects for 2021. The second project is set to be launched in the third quarter of 2021, the statement further reads.

Masoud states that the company aims to establish a real estate project designed and structured relying on the latest technology through its first smart garage and the first energy-efficient building in NAC. This project adopts a unique design in sustainable architecture aligning with the state’s vision of sustainable development.
