RMS Capital Investment, established by Reportage Properties (United Arab Emirates), MESA Holding, and Sabah Investment Group (Azerbaijan) through a collaborative signing ceremony in Istanbul, embarks on its journey with the vision of emerging as a formidable contender in the global market, Invest-Gate reports.
This partnership, formed among prominent real estate entities from Turkey, the United Arab Emirates, and Azerbaijan, aims to swiftly execute large-scale projects on a global scale.
Within the RMS Capital Investment consortium, Reportage Properties holds a 34% stake, MESA holds 33%, and Sabah Investment Group holds the remaining 33%.
The initial projects of this partnership are slated for realization in Dubai, Istanbul, and Baku during 2024 and 2025, with a collective investment totaling $600 mn. Financial backing will be provided by the partners, with project oversight centralized in Dubai.
During the signing event, Mert Boysanoğlu, CEO of MESA Holding, expressed, “Having operated in this sector for 55 years, MESA engages in investment and production across diverse industries. RMS began as a consortium keen on global real estate investments, with an approximate investment plan of $600 mn this year. Our inaugural project will commence in Dubai, followed by ventures in Turkey and Baku. I sign this agreement with unwavering confidence that our group will not only conduct business in these regions but also establish a more expansive global presence.”
