Mezyan Secures Ministerial Approval for “Remal North Coast” Project in Ras El Hekma

Mezyan Real Estate Development has announced the acquisition of Ministerial Decision No. 833 dated August 12, 2024 for its groundbreaking venture “Remal North Coast” situated in the Ras El Hekma region, spanning an expanse of 63,000 sqm, Invest-Gate reports.

This ministerial approval was granted subsequent to a thorough evaluation of various legal frameworks, including Law No. 59 of 1979 governing the establishment of new urban communities, Building Law No. 119 of 2008 alongside its executive regulations, Investment Law No. 72 of 2017 coupled with its executive regulations, and Presidential Decree No. 28 of 2006 delineating the composition of the Board of Directors of the New Urban Communities Authority.

Situated at kilometer 208 along the Alexandria-Matrouh Road, the project is strategically positioned on one of Egypt’s top three picturesque beaches within the heart of Ras El Hekma on the North Coast. This prime location ensures close proximity to key transportation routes, amenities, and pivotal developments on the North Coast, presenting a treasure trove of offerings to prospective clients.

Mezyan Real Estate Development underscores that “Remal Ras El Hekma” distinguishes itself through its innovative concept and unique features that optimize the utilization of its prime location. The project comprises sea-facing chalets, with the farthest chalet from the shoreline being a mere 200 m away—a distinguishing feature absent in other North Coast developments—ideal for clients seeking unparalleled sea vistas from their units.

“Remal Ras El Hekma” encompasses a diverse array of 300 units ranging from 65 sqm to 300 sqm, encompassing chalets, duplexes, twin houses, and standalone villas. Sigma Engineering Works Company has been engaged as the project’s engineering consultant, renowned for its expertise in the engineering consultancy realm.
