MG Developments launches the- administrative- and- commercial- project ProMark in the New Administrative Capital, with investments of EGP 1.2 bn, Invest-Gate reports.
CEO of MG Developments Mohamed Metawee explains that the ProMark project is built on an area of 8,836 sqm in the government and banks district in NAC.
The project provides administrative spaces suiting all demands, and is equipped with capabilities and technological services. The project as well includes security and guarding, central air conditioning, electronic gates to the building and garage, elevators and other services.
According to Metawee, the project’s implementation phase has already begun prior to its sale announcement to ensure a robust financial position and the completion of the project.
ProMark’s location is considered as the first area in NAC to be active by June 2021, overlooking the central park and the square, separating the government district from the financial one. Metawee states, “We are proud to have access to the most prominent pivotal sites in the government district and banks in the Administrative Capital,” emphasizing the company’s keenness to work on this project according to latest global trends.
Metawee explains that the investment in commercial activities is the highest in terms of investment returns due to the scarcity of commercial spaces in this district as the area allocated for this sector does not exceed 15 plots.
Metawee also highlights the company’s expansion plans in its existent projects during the coming period in NAC, Fifth Settlement and Ain Sokhna. This in addition to the launch of new projects in different destinations also in the New Administrative Capital, New Alamein, and Sheikh Zayed.
