MG Developments intends to launch a new phase of Blue Blue El Sokhna during the first half of this year, with investments amounting to EGP 750 mn, Invest-Gate reports.
This follows the on-time delivery of the first and second phases of Blue Blue El Sokhna, Indego and Cyan, MG Developments Chairman Mohammed Metawee noted in a recent press release.
The project is currently offering chalets for immediate delivery, with various payment systems starting from 10% downpayment and installments over six years, aiming to cater to clients’ different needs and purchasing capabilities, he highlighted.
The company will soon invite its clients, who will receive their units in 2021 and 2022, for an on-site tour to see the latest construction works in the resort, he noted, adding that the company will provide special offers to its customers in March.
Metawee highlighted that the resort’s commercial area is planned to be completed during the second half of 2020, boasting a diverse and distinguished set of services. He noted that negotiations are underway to bring in a group of renowned retails brands.
Additionally, the development encompasses different and various luxurious entertainment spots such as a mini cinema, a 360-square-meter-long marina, a kids club, a clubhouse, and a health club, in addition to a restaurants and cafes area.
Spanning over 120,000 square meters and featuring 12,000 square meters of water bodies, Blue Blue El Sokhna is divided into four main parts, namely Royal, Azure, Cyan, and Indigo.
The resort’s built-up area is about 20%, while the remaining covers green spaces and beaches, in addition to units of various areas starting from chalets with an area of 100 square meters and villas with sizes starting from 250 square meters.
Blue Blue El Sokhna is located just 85-90 minutes’ drive away from central Cairo and 45-50 minutes from the New Administrative Capital (NAC), east Cairo.
In May, the developer launched the first permanent kitesurfing center at Blue Blue resort, following the period of its experimental operation.
