Milestone Developments has announced the launch of its inaugural project in the Egyptian real estate market, named “The CORD Business Complex,” representing a total investment of EGP 10 bn, Invest-Gate reports.
Sheikh Mohamed bin Zaar Al-Ajmi, Chairman of Milestone Developments, stated that the project will signify a significant advancement in the realm of mixed-use projects in West Cairo. The complex encompasses commercial, administrative, medical, service, and entertainment components and has been designed to meet clients’ aspirations. It includes various commercial, administrative, and medical areas.
Nagy Ismail, Vice Chairman of Milestone Developments, emphasized the company’s strong and distinctive strategy for its presence in the Egyptian real estate market.
The strategy focuses on delivering innovative and exceptional projects that fulfill the aspirations of clients seeking developments executed according to global standards on Egyptian land.
Ismail highlighted that construction of the project is scheduled to commence in January 2025, with the first deliveries expected within three years. The company has a robust implementation plan centered around punctuality and the highest quality standards, benefitting from its experience in the real estate development sector in Saudi Arabia.
Mohamed Fathi, CEO of Milestone Developments, provided details about the new project, The CORD Business Complex. It is situated on a 6-acre plot in a prime location overlooking the 26th of July Corridor and adjacent to Dolphin Mall. Additionally, it is just a 5-minute drive from Mall of Arabia and Sheikh Zayed.
Fathi noted that the company has contracted with several prominent management and consulting firms in the real estate market for this project. Eng. Raef Fahmy’s office is responsible for the project’s designs, while Ayman Shawqi Architects office is designing the company’s headquarters and sales headquarters on-site.
Road Map Consultants will provide consulting services for the commercial sector, and KAD company “Kerdani Consulting and Development” will offer a range of services, including preparing the finishing guide and tenant’s operating guide, managing commercial centers, and overseeing service providers. Additionally, Acadio Agency has been engaged as a marketing consultant.
Ahmed Dwidar, Sales Director at Milestone Developments, disclosed that the administrative units range from 27 sqm to 247 sqm, commercial units start from 25 sqm and go up to 1,743 sqm, and medical units range from 28 sqm to 128 sqm. The company offers flexible payment systems, with a deposit starting from 5% and payment periods of up to six years, catering to the preferences of clients involved in the project.
