UAE-based real estate developer Azizi Developments reveals that its- AED 780 mn- Mina by Azizi, situated on Palm Jumeirah, is scheduled for completion by the third quarter of 2018, Invest-Gate reports.

Covering a total area of 452,000 square feet, the project features panoramic sea views along with beach access to 120 one-bedroom, 54 two-bedroom, four three-bedroom, and four penthouse residences, as well as a total of six retail units across an area spanning 16,500 square feet, according to a company statement.

“The market is witnessing a demand for projects in iconic waterfront locations and Mina by Azizi on the Palm Jumeirah was conceptualized to address this need. The project will offer community amenities and beach access, which will transform residential living on the Palm,” Azizi Developments’ Chairman Mirwais Azizi is quoted as saying.

Mina by Azizi is an addition to the developer’s community lifestyle projects that include Azizi Riviera in Meydan One and Azizi Victoria in Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum City – District 7, the statement adds.
