Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities Assem El-Gazza has announced the release of 1,160 fully finished residential units ranging in size from 63 to 93 sqm in New Al-Obour and New Assiut cities, Invest-Gate reports.

El-Gazzar clarified that the allocation would follow an online reservation system through the Housing and Development Bank’s website at www.hdb-reservation.com.

He emphasized that the terms of the offering, reservation procedures, locations, sizes, prices, and payment methods will be available on the Housing and Development Bank’s website starting Sunday, December 17, 2023.
