Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, Engineer Randa El-Menshawy, has issued a decision appointing Engineer Khaled Sediek Mohamed Ibrahim, Chairman of the Urban Development Fund, to serve as Assistant Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, tasked with supervising the Minister’s Office for a one-year term, Invest-Gate reports.

This decision reflects strong confidence in his extensive administrative and technical expertise, in addition to his contributions to managing and implementing a number of national urban development projects in recent years.

The decision also strengthens the long-standing professional collaboration between Engineer Khaled Sediek and Engineer Randa El-Menshawy, Minister of Housing, enhancing coordination in the implementation of key urban development initiatives.
