Eng. Randa El-Menshawy, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, held a meeting with officials of Housing and Development Properties (HDP) to follow up on the sales status and marketing plans for a number of projects affiliated with the New Urban Communities Authority, in addition to discussing several investment opportunities, Invest-Gate reports.
The meeting was attended by Dr. Walid Abbas, Deputy Minister of Housing for Urban Communities, along with officials from the Ministry and the Authority.

Enhancing Private Sector Partnerships and Supporting Economic Sustainability
At the outset of the meeting, Eng. Randa El-Menshawy emphasized the Ministry’s commitment to expanding partnerships with the private sector, as a key partner in implementing urban development plans. She highlighted the importance of maximizing returns from executed projects and increasing operation and occupancy rates, in a way that achieves economic sustainability and enhances quality of life in new cities.
The Minister also noted that the Ministry places great importance on maximizing the benefits of available investment opportunities and working to attract more local and foreign investments, contributing to supporting the national economy, creating job opportunities, and ensuring the optimal utilization of the advanced infrastructure implemented across various new cities.

Reviewing Marketing Plans and Key Projects
During the meeting, the sales and marketing status of a number of projects was reviewed, including the “West View” project in Sheikh Zayed City, in addition to following up on the marketing status of projects in New Alamein City, Marina villages, and the New Capital.
Several investment opportunities under a partnership system between the Ministry and Housing and Development Properties (HDP) were also discussed.
Company officials also reviewed upcoming promotional campaign plans for the projects, which include launching integrated marketing campaigns aimed at highlighting the competitive advantages of the developments in terms of location, quality of execution, and diversity of real estate products, thereby contributing to boosting sales and marketing performance.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the Minister of Housing directed the need to continue coordination between the Ministry and the company, and to regularly follow up on the implementation of marketing plans, while working on developing innovative promotional tools that keep pace with real estate market developments, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and maximizing the benefits of existing projects.
