The Minister of Housing, Assem El-Gazzar, oversees the construction of 276 buildings in the 10th of Ramadan, as part of the “Housing for All Egyptians” presidential initiative, Invest-Gate reports.

The ongoing work includes 178 buildings in the fifth phase of the project, with each unit covering an area of 90 sqm in the twenty-first district.

El-Gazzar is monitoring the progress of the project regularly, emphasizing the importance of adhering to timelines while maintaining the quality of construction. The minister also stresses the need to complete the necessary services for the initiative’s beneficiaries.

Furthermore, the minister also reviews the works being done in the twentieth district, where a total of 98 buildings with complete facilities including water, sewage, electricity, roads, and natural gas are being constructed.

Alaa Manea, the head of the 10th of Ramadan City Development Authority, reports that the asphalt work is being completed to connect the Rubiky road to the electric train station and the industrial zone. This is part of the city’s road network project, which is currently being implemented.

Manea directs the companies executing the project to finish their work according to the agreed timetable and required quality, particularly in terms of construction and the implementation of the asphalt layer.
