Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities Assem El-Gazzar has announced final units in New Cairo’s Andalus area will be delivered starting Nov. 26, completing the second phase of the Dar Misr medium housing project, Invest-Gate reports.

Head of the New Cairo City Development Authority Abdel Raouf El-Ghaity detailed the schedule, with buildings set for handover on the 26th of November, and the 3rd, 10th, and 17th of December.

Successful buyers must finalize contracts at the Housing and Development Bank’s Fifth Settlement branch and then submit the letter at the agency’s headquarters, accompanied by signed checks, for data recording and unit authorization.

The handovers mark the conclusion of designated housing deliveries coordinated by the city authority for the government project providing affordable units.
