Hala El-Saeed, the Minister of Planning and Economic Development and Chairperson of The Sovereign Fund of Egypt (TSFE), has met with Maha Abdel Razek, CEO of Misr Real Estate Assets Management, Invest-Gate reports.
The meeting was attended by Muhammad Aba Zeid, the Minister’s legal advisor.
During the meeting, El-Saeed emphasized the importance of enhancing the company’s operations, optimizing the utilization of real estate assets, maximizing returns from these assets, and implementing automation for all data and information related to the company’s investment portfolio in collaboration with TSFE.
El-Saeed also highlighted the necessity of coordination between the TSFE’s projects and the company’s plans to achieve synergy and leverage the capabilities of the sovereign fund. This coordination is particularly important for the development of the Downtown area. El-Saeed emphasized the need to seek international expertise to maximize the benefits derived from the company’s real estate assets.
For her part, Abdel Razek presented the company’s investment portfolio and outlined the key plans being executed to enhance employee performance and achieve the highest possible returns from the company’s 8,543 real estate units located across various governorates in Egypt.
