Minister of Housing Mostafa Madbouly discussed with Minister of Immigration and Egyptian Expatriate Affairs Nabila Abdel Shahid mechanisms to provide housing for Egyptian expatriates, reported Invest Gate.
Among the topics discussed were offering land tenders for Egyptians abroad and providing incentives for purchasing land or housing units.
Abdel Shahid requested from Madbouly to provide housing units for the middle-income expatriates, especially those who live in the Gulf region.
” The Ministry of Housing and Ministry of Immigration will work closely together to discuss Egyptian expatriates’ requirements and demands for housing,” said Abdel Shahid. “Both Ministries will endeavor to meet those demands and promote investment opportunities for those living abroad.”
The Ministry of Housing has recently closed booking for the Beit Al Watan project, which included residential land and units in Rehab City and Madinaty, reported Invest Gate.
