Assem El-Gazzar, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities reveals that New Cairo Development Authority will start from July 23, 2023, to August 29, 2023, to deliver the first units batch at Sakan Masr project in the Ard El Maared area, Invest-Gate reports.
The first region, series numbers (3-4-5) of the first batch, and series No. 2, the following stages of the first one, will be delivered on specific days, according to the statement issued on July 4.
For his part, Abdel Raouf El Ghity, Head of the New Cairo Development Authority clarifies that the handover of three buildings from the Sakan Misr project, located south of the old Kattameya-Ain Sokhna road, will be resumed for the stages of Series No. (9) of the first phase, and Series No. (5) of the other stages, starting from July 23, 2023, to July 25, 2023.
Additionally, he mentioned that the winning customers of the project’s units should visit the Housing and Development Bank to finalize the contracting procedures, after that, they should be directed to the New Cairo Development Authority to register their information on the system and receive a letter to check and receive the unit.
