The Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities will offer at least 3,000 acres of land in the New Administrative Capital to investors next October, reported Invest Gate.

The land to be tendered will be the first of many phases the government plans to launch in the New Administrative Capital, whether through public-private partnership (PPP) or through private investment.

The Ministry of Housing has more than 100 offers from local and international real estate firms to invest in the New Administrative Capital, said Minister of Housing Mostafa Madbouly.
