The Ministry of Housing will start selling terms of reference brochures for public land tender for individuals, starting Sunday August 7th, reported Al Borsa News.

A total of  58,800 plots of land will be offered distributed over the social housing, distinctive and more distinctive housing districts. The ministry estimates sales from the land tender to exceed EGP 30 billion, with EGP 22 billion coming from 6,900 land plots in New Cairo.

Terms of reference brochures will be available until August 25th.
Approximately 34,800 plots of land will be offered, divided across 9,415 plots in Sadat City, 17698 plots in Tenth of Ramadan, 1,999 plots in Badr, 382 in New Salehya, and 469 plots in New Assiut, 3013 plots in New Suhaj, 325 in NewTiba, and 1,540 in New Qena.

Approximately 16,400 plots of land for social housing will be offered, divided into  5,145 plots in Sixth of October City, 5,687 plots in Tenth of Ramadan, 1,034 plots in Sadat City, 2,654 plots in Badr, 898 in the Burj Al Arab, 746 in New Beni Suef, 277 plots in New Suhaj, and four in New Aswan.

For the most distinctive land,  7583 will be put offered, including the 6991 piece in New Cairo, and 302 pieces in Obour , and 95 pieces in 15th of May 15  and 195 pieces  in New Damietta.
