Ministry of Interior Presents Security Needs for New Administrative Capital

Moustafa Madbouly, Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Development, in cooperation with the Ministry of Interior officials, reviewed the plan for the security needs of the new administrative capital, according to the requirements of the Ministry of Interior, reported Invest Gate.

During the meeting, Madbouly stated that there are projects available in the first phase of the new administrative capital construction, including a number of ministries, and it will be agreed upon with these ministries to implement the buildings according to their needs and the number of employees.

“All government buildings that will be implemented in the project will be modern buildings, and will have a distinctive character, implementing the latest technology in all areas, besides the use of solar energy for all buildings,” elaborated Madbouly.

The Interior Ministry officials requested that all police and civil defense services be present in the first phase, a process that will be coordinated with the Urban Planning Authority to determine the exact security needs of the administrative capital.
