Omar Abdullah Developments (OAD) has launched NAMMA, one of the largest integrated service complexes in 6th of October City, Invest-Gate reports.
The EGP 250 mn- project is in partnership with the Ministry of Youth and Sports. NAMMA spans over an area of 8000 sqm with a built-up area of 15,000 sqm, according to the company press release.
“The project is a part of the partnership ventures with governmental ministries and institutions,” Chairman of OAD Omar Abdullah is quoted as saying.
“The company tempts to implementing more projects as a part of the developing state-owned assets to bring forth an added value to the Egyptian economy and quality services to citizens,” he adds.
NAMMA is a medical, commercial, and administrative complex that encompasses three floors with multi-purpose shops, restaurants, cafes, banks, outpatient clinics, three celebration halls, and a motel.
OAD implemented several landmark projects in various sectors such as housing, education, healthcare, commerce, and administration sectors. Besides, the eight projects in Sadat City.
The company has developed nearly 100,000 sqm built-up areas, while the development of another 100,000 sqm is in the pipeline, Chairman of OAD states.
Moreover, OAD owns CENTRADA PLAZA, an integrated mixed-use service edifice in the 6th of October City with investments worth of EGP 1.5bn, CENTRADA PLAZA spreads over 40,000 sqm in a premium location by Juhayna Square, according to the statement.
