Misr Italia Properties (MIP) achieves total sales of EGP 9 bn in 2022, up 50% YoY from EGP 6 bn sales in 2021, Invest-Gate reports.
IL Bosco City project in New Cairo generates EGP 3.2 bn in sales, the highest in the year, while Cairo Business Park, which is slated for inauguration in 2023, garners total sales of EGP 1.79 bn.
The recent achievement makes MIP one of the Egyptian market’s three best-performing real estate companies.
Furthermore, the company delivers EGP 3.1 bn worth of property units in 2022.
In 2022, MIP launches a new phase in the Vinci project, Vinci Lagoons, in the New Administrative Capital on 5,000 sqm with a coastal line of 700 meters.
The company also launches the Radical 1 project in NAC on 16.7 feddans. The project features administrative offices and a hub for entrepreneurship and innovation.
In November, MIP signed agreements and a memorandum of understanding (MoU) at the United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP27) to activate its sustainability measures and realize green goals.
The Company inks the UN Global Compact Network Egypt (UNGCNE) “Egypt’s Sustainable Communities” initiative declaration to enhance the lives of millions.
