Egypt’s Misr Italia Properties (MIP) has released a new administrative building in its New Cairo project, or Cairo Business Park, which is scheduled for delivery in the upcoming December, Invest-Gate reports.
Dubbed “Allure Executive Offices,” the latest addition marks the first-of-its-kind in Cairo Business Park for featuring various space opportunities, ranging from 58 to 300 square meters. It encompasses two buildings, which are interconnected with a panoramic view of the “Central Park,” along with the main road and a three-car front gate, MIP highlighted in a press release on June 14.
“With the launch of ‘Allure Executive Offices,’ [the developer] seeks to effectively and positively contribute to the real estate market, introduce an excellent model of the administrative and commercial projects, and provide an efficient work environment to attract business professionals and entities to drive business growth,” CEO and Managing Director of MIP Mohamed Hany El-Assal was quoted as saying.
He further stated, “We strive to maintain the highest environmental specifications, apply the latest smart solutions and infrastructure that ensures the highest speed and quality of communications, and support information technology within all our projects.”
Extending over 18 acres, Cairo Business Park will comprise 42 administrative buildings, coming with an array of office spaces. The project introduces the concept of standalone buildings and small-to-medium offices, including diverse facilities and services such as the 130-key Hilton Garden Inn Hotel, the Central Park overlooking a large lake, alongside the most advanced, expansive communications infrastructure and internet applications.
