MIP’s Allure Logs EGP 200 mn Sales Within 48 Hrs of Launch

Misr Italia Properties (MIP) has uncovered posting EGP 200 mn in sales of Allure Executive Offices – the latest addition to its integrated administrative complex, or Cairo Business Park – within its first 48 hours of launching, Invest-Gate reports.

“The breaking success of Allure says a lot about how MIP is catering to the increasing consumer needs through rendering well-crafted real estate products that are tailored to meet every client’s individual needs,” Mohamed Hany El Assal, the company’s CEO, stated in the July 27 press release.

Anchored with carrier-class solutions for optimum performance and reliability, Allure Executive Offices features a number of administrative spaces, ranging from 58 to 300 square meters. The fully-fledged project will comprise two buildings, where a number of viewpoints can be interlinked by a panoramic view of the “Central Park,” along with the main road and a three-car front gate.

On June 29, MIP and Etisalat Misr joined forces to establish high-tech communication and digital infrastructure in Cairo Business Park, where the latter operator will offer a diverse range of advanced technologies and up-to-date communication solutions, equipping clients with high-speed internet connectivity and data center and cloud computing technologies, in addition to VPN and IVPN services.

Extending over 18 acres, and with investments valued at EGP 1.5 bn, Cairo Business Park will comprise 42 administrative buildings, coming with diverse facilities and services such as the 130-key Hilton Garden Inn Hotel, the Central Park overlooking a large lake, alongside the most advanced, expansive communications infrastructure and internet applications.
