UAE-based developer Miral announced that its new vibrant beachfront community space, ’A’l Bahar,’ is on schedule for opening by the end of the first quarter, Invest-Gate reports.

The 80,000-square meter mixed-use A’l Bahar will offer a total of 48 retail spaces, comprising entertainment, food and beverage (F&B) areas, leisure, retail, as well as fitness and wellbeing opportunities for both residents and visitors.

Around 80% of F&B outlets already leased at the beachfront project at the corniche, Abu Dhabi.

The project is also dedicating retail spaces for owners of small businesses and entrepreneurs.

The beachfront development, located in Abu Dhabi, will also feature sports facilities, including basketball courts, beach volleyball areas, soccer pitches and an outdoor gym.

Construction work at the community project is also progressing on schedule, while infrastructure work is under way with cladding and aluminum structural work all in place, according to Miral’s chief portfolio officer BR Kiran.
