Misr Italia Properties contracts with Engineering Consulting Bureau (ECB), one of the top-tier engineering consulting firms which provide Project Management services in Egypt, to manage and supervise the implementation of IL Bosco City project in New Cairo, Invest-Gate reports.

Mohamed Hany El Assal and Mohamed Khaled El Assal, CEOs and managing directors of Misr Italia Properties, express their pleasure to contract with ECB again for IL Bosco City project, which is scheduled to be delivered in 2024.

For his part, Mohamed Abdelghany, chairman of ECB, says, ‘The company is cooperating with Misr Italia Properties since 2014 in more than 8 projects, the most notable one is IL Bosco City project in the NAC.”

Moreover, IL Bosco City project is considered one of the most prominent integrated residential projects in New Cairo. The project spans over ​​268 acres with EGP 22 bn total investment, However, the company is to pump about EGP 800 mn investments in the project during 2022.

IL Bosco City includes a commercial district, mixed-use buildings, a club, a school, a cultural center, and a medical center.

Also, the master plan and design are developed by Italian architect Stefano Boeri in cooperation with DMA and Callison RTKL, for landscape design and utilization of green spaces. Besides the implementation of the 15-minute city concept which meets all the basic requirements of life, including education, health, sports, marketing, and entertainment, within a 15-minute distance on foot or by bike.
