Co-CEO of Misr Italia Properties Mohamed El Assal said his company aims to achieve EGP 5.5 bn in sales of its various projects in Egypt during the current year, compared to EGP 4.7 bn in 2018, Invest-Gate reports.
In 2019, Misr Italia eyes to direct EGP 1 bn in construction works of its integrated eco-friendly project in the New Administrative Capital (NAC), IL BOSCO, El Assal exclusively told invest-Gate, noting that the developer has assigned ten contractors to undertake the implementation works.
Approximately 85% of the concrete works of villas is finished, out of the project’s total 2,000 housing units being carried out, he added, revealing that EGP 16 bn worth of investments were so far pumped into IL BOSCO.
Delivering a world of lush greenery and high-end living, IL BOSCO stretches across 200 acres, offering its clients standalone villas, twin houses, and two different models of apartments. Inspired by Europe due to its iconic buildings that are surrounded with dense forests, the project will have five zones, each comprising its own facilities, gym, retail spaces, and clubhouse.
Misr Italia Properties is the developer behind distinct developments such as La Nuova Vista, encompassing villas and townhouses in New Cairo, Cairo Business Park, which is set to become New Cairo’s main business hub, as well as, Kai Sokhna and Kai Sahel in Ain Sokhna and the North Coast, respectively.
