Misr Italia Holding Signs Construction Deals worth EGP 250 M

Misr Italia Holding, an Egypt-based real estate developer, signed construction deals worth EGP 250 million during the first quarter of 2016, said Mohamed Al Assal, Misr Italia’s Executive Chief, reported Amwal Al Ghad.

The company plans to complete 1,500 units in its numerous projects by the end of 2016 versus the 1,000 units completed in 2015, added Al Assal.

Misr Italia’s first phase of its development project, Cairo Business Park, is about 85 percent complete. The project is comprised of 42 administrative buildings covering 90,000 square meters and commercial buildings covering 20,000 square meters.
