Misr Italia Properties (MIP) launches Vinci Lagoons, the newest phase of Vinci project in the NAC, with EGP 1.5 bn investments, Invest-Gate reports.
Vinci Lagoons spans over 110 acres in the R7 zone, near the Diplomatic District in the NAC. The project is expected to stand out as a luxurious destination with premium residential units, featuring the NAC’s first swimmable lagoon extending to reach 5000 sqm with a 700-meter shoreline.
Mohamed Khaled El-Assal, CEO and managing director of MIP, says that the company is committed to delivering premium and innovative services that ensure a better quality of life for residents. Hence, it partnered with other experts in their fields, including Purescape for landscape design and master planning and DMA for architectural design.
Additionally, Vinci Lagoons features garden villas, sky villas, three-bedroom apartments, and double-view houses with the lagoons on one side and the villas zone, designed by Hany Saad Innovations.
Mohamed Hany El-Assal, CEO and managing director of MIP, states, “With a total investment of EGP 7 bn, Vinci features Vinci Street, an integrated commercial strip providing comprehensive services and it is currently offered for sale.”
Vinci also includes various options with a wide range of sizes. Moreover, it is strategically located close to the Diplomatic District, NAC’s Opera House, Al-Massa Hotel, the Government Administrative district, as well as the regional ring road. Construction at Vinci is progressing according to schedule to ensure on-time delivery during 2023.
