Egypt’s real estate developer Misr Italia is offering new fully-furnished residential units in Crystal Lagoons Zone in Mousa Coast, Ras Sedr on the Red Sea, Invest-Gate reports.

The units vary between condos, villas, and chalets and can be paid over 10-year installments following an initial 10% down payment.

Mousa Coast includes several amenities such as dining venues, a beach club house, coffee shops, restaurants, entertainment areas, and swimming pools.

The project is located 90 minutes away from Cairo and is expected to be in close proximity to the Suez Canal Economic Zone and the New Administrative Capital, according to a released statement.

Misr Italia has managed to deliver overall 2,500 units in the past few months in Mousa Coast. The units span an area of 6.6 mn square meters overlooking the Red Sea.
