Misr Italia Properties buys another piece of land at the New Administrative Capital, acquiring 110 acres at the cost of EGP 1.617 bn, Invest-Gate reports.

Misr Italia Properties has started to contact different constructors, architects, and contractors to begin in the new project implementation. They will invest EGP 9 bn in that project.

The developer is currently building its booming project IL BOSCO-New Capital in The New Administrative Capital, which presets the Vertical Forest for the first time in the Middle East.

IL BOSCO-New Capital has witnessed high demand on units’ sales, leading Misr Italia Properties to venture in with a new project at the Capital.
