MIP revealed IL BOSCO Commercial Hub during a ceremony at Cairo Business Park, East Cairo’s hub for entrepreneurship and innovation, Invest-Gate reports.

The event marked the signing of an agreement with Marriott International for Marriott Executive Apartments and Westin Residences in the Vertical Forest, a first in the Middle East & Africa. Notable attendees included industry leaders, media representatives, John Hearns, Senior Vice President of Global Residential Operations at Marriott International, and MIP’s top management.

Moreover, IL BOSCO Commercial Hub showcases the success of Radical-1 and its partnership with Marriott International, which aims to redefine hospitality and residential experiences in the New Administrative Capital.

Furthermore, designed by CallisonRTKL, Radical-1 offers adaptable office units supporting modern solutions, reflecting MIP’s commitment to entrepreneurship and innovation.

For his part, Mohamed Khaled El-Assal, CEO of MIP, highlighted the significance of the agreement with Marriott International, emphasizing the unmatched amenities and world-class hospitality it brings to residents. The Vertical Forest, designed by Stefano Boeri, spans 11.4 feddans with 570 trees, aiming to decrease the carbon footprint.

Also, Karim El-Assal, CEO of MIP, emphasized Cairo Business Park’s role as a beacon of light for East Cairo, offering an integrated hub for entrepreneurship and innovation.

IL BOSCO Commercial Hub is part of MIP’s flagship project, IL BOSCO, which includes villas, apartments, a sports club, and a community center, enhancing residents’ quality of life.

Notably, IL BOSCO Commercial Hub represents a significant milestone in MIP’s journey, symbolizing their commitment to reshaping urban landscapes and pioneering sustainable development practices in Egypt.
