El Batal Developments signs a strategic partnership agreement with Mission 235 for the management and operation of the former’s commercial and administrative projects in eastern and western Cairo, Invest-Gate reports.

Under the agreement, Mission 235 becomes responsible for the general consultation, management, operation, and leasing of the commercial and administrative projects of EL Batal Developments.

Mission 235’s services cover several of El Batal’s projects, including Rock Gold, Rock Vera Plaza, Rock Villa Plaza, Rock Eden Plaza, and Rock Capital 1.

Emad Doss, CEO and board member of EL Batal Developments, states that the company always strives to cooperate with major specialized companies in order to continue to provide a strategy and added value to the real estate sector.

For his part, Managing Director of Mission 235, Louay Youssef, emphasizes that the company adopts the latest marketing and promotion techniques for distinctive real estate products that contribute to attracting the targeted segment of investors, as well as achieving the highest returns.

El Batal Developments and Mission 235 launch a program for real estate brokers called the Motivations Program, which is a pioneering initiative in the field of real estate promotion cooperation. The program is set to be announced in February.
