Tamer Mito, Chairman of the engineering consulting office Mito Consult, has affirmed the office’s intentions to expand into foreign markets in the near future, leveraging its robust expertise and highly skilled workforce, alongside the burgeoning investment prospects in several countries within the region, Invest-Gate reports.
Mito highlighted that the office has secured contracts to execute projects in various nations, including Uganda, Italy, the UAE, and Saudi Arabia.
Emphasizing that venturing into foreign markets is a pivotal component of the office’s strategic blueprint and growth initiatives, he noted that this process unfolds gradually. Rigorous analyses were conducted to facilitate an overseas presence, culminating in the establishment of international partnerships with architectural firms to realize a hotel in Uganda and infrastructure undertakings for residential complexes in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Italy.
The forthcoming objective involves establishing affiliate offices in these countries with a specific focus on lagoon projects, leveraging the office’s substantial experience to compete on a global scale. Mito articulated the office’s aspirations to extend its reach across Gulf countries through dedicated offices and branches, underscoring that this move follows the office’s remarkable success in the domestic market and collaborations with major entities on diverse projects.
He highlighted key projects currently underway at Mito Consult, including collaboration with the Chinese company CSEC as a consultant for lakes spanning up to 220,000 sqm in New Alamein City.
Additionally, the office serves as a consultant for electromechanical works on the Giza Zoo project, renowned for its innovative engineering solutions developed in conjunction with prominent international consultants.
Furthermore, Mito underscored the office’s partnerships with major real estate developers like Al Ahly Sabbour, Landmark, New Giza, Mountain View, La Vista, SODIC, and Misr Italia Properties on various distinguished projects.
Notably, Mito Consult is acclaimed for its innovative design approach that has transformed lakes into scenic oases, showcasing extensive experience and a distinctive touch in water bodies and lagoons within real estate projects, encompassing features such as waterfalls, artificial lakes, and fountains.
The office has notably secured a significant share of North Coast projects and tourist resorts as an electromechanical consultant, solidifying its position as a trailblazer in lagoon and artificial lake projects in real estate developments along the North Coast and the Red Sea.
