Madinet Nasr for Housing and Development (MNHD) launches the first phase of Rai, the latest phase of the leading developer’s flagship project of Sarai, Invest-Gate reports.

The first phase of Rai offers a wide range of unit types, introducing S Villas that range in size from 212 to 239 sqm, in addition to 160-sqm townhouses.

Residents of Rai will have access to all of Sarai’s amenities, including a sports club, a commercial area, and a five-star hotel.

Further, Rai provides an array of green spaces, first-rate agricultural designs, and pedestrian trails.

It is worth noting that Rai is the newest phase of Sarai, MNHD’s 5.5 mn sqm mixed-use development, strategically situated on Cairo-Suez Road only 5 minutes away from the NAC, 10 minutes away from the AUC Campus, and 15 minutes away from the Ring Road.

The masterplan of Sarai was tailored by the internationally-recognized architectural firm Benoy.
