Egyptian urban developer Madinet Nasr for Housing and Development (MNHD) is launching the second phase of its gated community Taj City in New Cairo, Invest-Gate reports.

The unit’s space area ranges between 83 and 320 meters, with prices starting from EGP 14,800 per meter. Buyers are offered a payment plan over eight years, with a 0% down payment.

Taj City accommodates luxurious residential units, commercial areas, a hotel, a strip mall, medical facilities, and an international school.
