Madinet Nasr Housing & Development (MNHD) has recorded a sales growth of 787% in September, and a 812% year-on-year growth, reported Daily News Egypt.

The company’s sales in September registered EGP 372 million. The company stated that the third quarter of 2016 has been a lucrative period, as it seeks to maintain this growth in the upcoming period through implementing new phases at its T-Zone project.

Approximately 41% of the units have been sold in the project, while the first phase of the company’s SARAI project will be launched at the end of the year, according to Ahmed El Hitamy, CEO of MNHD.

MNHD previously recorded positive sales growth in August, where sales came in at EGP 519.1 million, up 520% YoY. The total sales of the third quarter recorded the strongest in the company’s history, according to Al Borsa.
