Madinet Nasr Housing and Development (MNHD), an Egypt-based real estate developer, has sold a land plot for a total of EGP 50 mn in an auction, Invest-Gate reports.

Located in El Waha, the land is dedicated for commercial, administrative, and healthcare purposes, the company said in a bourse filing.

MNHD will reveal more details once the contract is signed.
