Modon Development announces a portfolio of 7 projects in the New Administrative Capital, Invest-Gate reports.

The company entered into a contract with Maxim Hotels, owner of Royal Maxim, to manage the hotel and hotel apartments in its Green River Tower Project in NAC.

Modon launches the first sale phase of hotel apartments at the Green River Tower project.

The company has started to receive reservations for hotel apartments at prices starting from EGP 4.5 mn for two-room apartments.

Green River Tower is the largest hotel tower on the Green River and is located on a total area that exceeds 60,000 sqm.

The tower comprises 30 floors, including administrative and commercial units. The project receives EGP 5 bn in investments.

It is worth noting that Modon is implementing 7 projects in the new capital, including a school.

The company’s projects in NAC include The Tower, Modon Hotel & Resident, Modon Mega Tower, Central iconic Tower, Green River Tower, and M Business Tower.
