Modon Developments organizes an Iftar party for its employees at Baron Palace in Heliopolis to celebrate outstanding results in different projects, Invest-Gate reports.

The company recognizes the high implementation rates of its projects, increased sales, and the turnout of major investors for its distinctive projects in the New Administrative Capital.

Modon develops 7 distinct projects in NAC, ranging from hotel, residential, commercial, and administrative projects, in addition to a school.

Recently, Modon Developments contracted with Maxim Hotels Group, owner of Royal Maxim, to manage the hotel and hotel apartments with its Green River Tower project, the largest hotel tower directly on the Green River.

The Green River tower’s investments exceed EGP 5 billion pounds, and it is located on a total area of more than 60,000 sqm, with a height of 30 floors.

It is a tourist hotel tower that includes administrative and commercial spaces and a 5-star hotel.

Modon is implementing other projects in the new capital including The Tower, Modon Hotel & Residence, Modon mega tower, Central iconic tower, and M business tower.
