Modon Developments launches a real estate mobile application to provide customers with up-to-date information regarding the company’s projects in the New Administrative Capital, Invest-Gate reports.

The new application also enables customers to communicate with the company for any inquiry regarding its projects in the new capital.

Ahmed Osama, CEO at MODON Developments, states that the app’s launch aligns with the company’s focus on innovation and technology to better serve customers around the clock.

He adds that the app allows clients to follow the progress of their reserved units, view new projects and phases, reserve new units, pay instalments, and contact the customer service team. Osama says the app also offers customers exclusive discounts.

Modon Development is currently implementing 7 projects in the New Administrative Capital, including a school, mix-used towers, and residential compounds.

The company has over 100 residential towers in Nasr City and built several other housing compounds in Cairo offering luxury properties at competitive prices.
