In a move that blends artistic creativity with urban vision, Novara Holding has launched a new artistic work titled “Fi Heta Lohedi… Wel Nile Da Hekayety” (Alone in My Place… The Nile Is My Story), performed by legendary Egyptian singer Mohamed Mounir, Invest-Gate reports

The song is part of a teaser campaign paving the way for a new vision through which the company aims to redefine the relationship between people and place.

The artistic production reflects Novara Holding’s approach to engaging with audiences through art and music as a means of expressing the value of place and its connection to identity and culture, moving beyond traditional promotional methods.

Through lyrics and melodies inspired by the spirit of the Nile, the song highlights Egyptians’ deep connection with the river as a symbol of life, memory, and history, delivering a message that reflects the emotional and cultural bond with place.

Eng. Mohamed Shibl, Chairman of Novara Holding, said during the company’s Ramadan iftar event attended by prominent public figures, media professionals, company employees, and business partners that the company chose to present an artistic work that captures the spirit of the place before revealing further details about the project.

He noted that art has a unique ability to express emotions and identity associated with exceptional locations, adding that choosing the voice of Mohamed Mounir was intentional, as his voice represents the spirit of Egypt and the Nile.

Shibl explained that the company wanted the story of its upcoming project to begin with music that reflects the memory of the place before revealing its details.

He added that Novara believes great places are not built with stones alone, but with stories, emotions, and memories. Therefore, the company chose an authentic Egyptian voice like Mohamed Mounir to express the spirit of the Nile and its value in Egyptians’ hearts before unveiling the full vision of the upcoming project after Eid Al-Fitr.

For his part, Karim Hussein, Head of Marketing at Novara Holding, said the company’s strategy is built on delivering distinctive and innovative real estate developments, which is also reflected in its marketing approach.

He explained that integrating art and creativity into the campaign through a song performed by Mohamed Mounir with inspiring lyrics aims to express the company’s identity and direction in the Egyptian market while creating a lasting emotional impact on audiences.

Hussein added that the artistic work is part of a teaser campaign launched during Ramadan, designed to build anticipation around a new step the company is preparing, which will be revealed in the coming period and is expected to be a major surprise for the real estate market.
