Park Inn released further details on their hotel situated in the planned First Avenue mall complex set to open in Dubai’s Motor City, as reported by Gulf Business on Wednesday. The development was first announced in February 2015, and is set for completion in the first quarter of 2017.

The new properties are part of an AED 500 mn investment by Saudi Arabian company Al Tawfeeq for Development and Investment, and will feature 70 high-street retailers as well as 15 restaurants located on 500,000 square feet. The Park Inn by Radisson will overlook the autodrome race track and feature 150 rooms.
