Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities Mostafa Madbouly has issued a ministerial decree to appoint Major General engineer Mostafa Khalil Ibrahim as the Chairman of the Central Agency for Reconstruction, Invest-Gate reports.

Ibrahim will handle the financial and administrative aspects of the position, according to a statement.

The agency is one of the bodies affiliated to the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA), and is responsible for implementing any state policy related to construction and reconstruction.
