El Mostakbal for Urban Development prepares to receive residents of its project Mostakbal City in New Cairo in the first half of 2021, Invest-Gate reports.
The owner and general developer of the Mostakbal City completes the first district in phase I to welcome its residents in the upcoming period, according to a company press release on January 4.
Essam Nassef, the company’s Chairman says, “Work is in full swing to complete all the facilities and infrastructure services in the first phase.” “So far 90% of the services (roads network – water, sewage networks – electricity, gas networks) have been completed”, he notes.
Nassef further adds that the implementation of the main gate of the city on the Central Road has been completed, while landscaping work is underway to be completed in March.
Chairman Nassef also reveals that the cost of implementing the gate is estimated at EGP45 mn; and it is developed by Space Builders and under the supervision of the ACE PM office and the design consultant, Space’s office.
