Mountain View applied the Science of Happiness concept into its Cairo headquarters – internal studies showed that employees’ happiness inside the offices increased to 92%, contributing to an increase in employee retention rate by 50%, engagement increased, and absenteeism fell by 40%.
As regards sales, the company reveals that its latest project in New Cairo achieved remarkable sales that amounted to EGP 2 bn within only 24 hours for their signature product the “Crown Palace.”
In addition, Mountain View Ras El-Hikma project reached EGP 5 bn in sales within days, including EGP 2 bn within 24 hours.
The company attributes higher sales to picking strategic locations close to main roads to facilitate easy access for residents.
Further, the real estate developer offers innovative designs with the highest standards of implementation, through cooperating with major international design companies, to provide unique and elegant designs that meet the constantly changing needs and tastes of its customers.
