Mountain View Clubs Management Company, a subsidiary of Mountain View for development and real estate investment, has announced its acquisition of a share of the Life Sports Club in partnership with WellSpring Company, situated in New Cairo, Invest-Gate reports.

The opening of the first phase, featuring state-of-the-art sports, social, and cultural facilities and services, is scheduled to be announced this year. The total investment for the project amounts to EGP 1.6 bn.

The collaboration between Mountain View and WellSpring, both renowned for their commitment to excellence and provision of high-quality services, will have a positive impact on the management level, facility quality, and variety of recreational and sporting activities offered at the club.

Amr Soliman, Founder and CEO of Mountain View for development and real estate investment, expressed his satisfaction with the new partnership, stating, “We are pleased to announce the near completion of the first phase of the Life Sports Club, which is the outcome of the collaboration between Mountain View Clubs Management and WellSpring.”

The club is situated on a 25-feddan plot along the Mohamed Naguib axis in the heart of New Cairo, just 10 minutes away from the area’s prominent landmarks. Innovative designs for the sports facilities and installations within the club have been developed by Dar Al-Handasah, one of the largest design consultants in the industry.
