Mountain View Developments has announced the launch of Mountain View Clubs Management, which has invested EGP 2 bn and will become a subsidiary of Mountain View, Invest-Gate reports.

This move is part of the company’s desire to expand its investments and diversify its business portfolio in the Egyptian market. The company aims to establish sports and social facilities to create unique daily experiences suitable for families and athletes.

Moreover, Ahmed ElMoursy has been appointed as the CEO of Mountain View Clubs Management and the CEO of Happiness Sector at Mountain View Developments. ElMoursy brings over 20 years of experience in the real estate sector, including 11 years within Mountain View, where he contributed to the establishment of numerous residential and commercial projects for major regional and international companies.

Commenting on the announcement, Amr Soliman, Founder and Chairman of Mountain View Egypt, stated, “Since the inception of our real estate business, we have been committed to providing exceptional experiences that challenge traditional concepts in the Egyptian market. Therefore, we are keen on expanding our business sectors to offer more to this pivotal market.”

Also, ElMoursy added, “At Mountain View Clubs Management, we believe in the impact of sports on individuals and communities. Furthermore, Mountain View Clubs Management was founded in 2023 to provide an integrated experience incorporating social and sports aspects for families and athletes of all ages. The company’s portfolio includes Mountain View Sports and Social Club in both iCity 6th of October and New Cairo.
