Egyptian real estate company Mountain View unveils new kind of homes as part of its iCity compounds in both New Cairo and 6th of October City, Invest-Gate reports.

The company introduces iApartments, where clients can customize their apartments, views, and outdoor extensions. Buyers are offered various payment plans reaching up to 10 years.

The “smart city” offers a whole new concept in a modern and progressive living, according to the company’s official website.

I-City is built with a 4D design plan based on dividing the compound into four different layers; for the islands, the iDrive, the corniche, and the parks.
