Mountain View Joins Forces with Wellspring for Youth Development

Mountain View signs a partnership agreement with Wellspring Egypt to build and develop the capabilities of Mountain View’s younger generations to grow into impactful individuals as the future leaders, Invest-Gate reports.

The partnership serves Mountain View’s YDP, which develops the skills of children aged between 4-17 years old across Mountain View’s projects and create impactful experiences to nurture their self-development. The program raises awareness on how to be independently responsible both practically and theoretically, developing children’s skills on how to make their own money, start their own businesses, and familiarizing them with the labor market and entrepreneurship.

Through the program, children fully grasp their tendencies at a very young age, helping them choose their intended university field of study early on by practically engaging them in activities offering insights into various fields. The program also helps promote children’s social life in a positive way by exposing them to different age groups.

The partnership also offers a specially tailored program for Mountain View named The Cultural Experiences Program, which familiarize children with their heritage, culture and civilization through different cultural activities including plays, storytelling, trips and more. It also offers coaching and advisory supporting kids and youths in their self-discovery journey.

The Cultural Experiences Program offers a variety of constructive activities, events, and activations with the purpose of contributing to overall development of adults, kids, and teens’ identity. The program will also include cross-cultural exposure in all aspects of cultural backgrounds.
