Mountain View has announced the launch of its latest coastal development, Crysta Mountain View, a 470-feddans project in the heart of Sidi Abdelrahman at kilometer 120 of Egypt’s North Coast. The project, set for phased delivery within two years, introduces a new benchmark for hospitality and coastal living with boutique hotels, luxury residences, and integrated leisure facilities, Invest-Gate reports.
The development is designed around three main islands, including Kin Island, the first to be unveiled, featuring boutique hotels, exclusive cabins, and a mix of residential and leisure offerings. For the first time in Egypt, the project will introduce luxury serviced cabins directly overlooking the sea, managed by Mountain View Hospitality, the company’s newly launched arm dedicated to hotel and cabin management.
Eng. Wael Ezz, Co-CEO of Mountain View, said Crysta Mountain View reflects the company’s meticulous planning and commitment to creating projects that align with customer aspirations. He described it as “not just a residential or lifestyle project, but a smart investment in a prime strategic location with strong prospects for future value appreciation.”
Eng. Wael Lotfy, Co-CEO of Mountain View, emphasized that the master plan was designed with water as the central element, integrating swimmable lagoons, lakes, and wide waterfronts to deliver a holistic coastal lifestyle. He noted that the project combines exclusivity, relaxation, and high-yield investment potential, supported by the newly launched Mountain View Hospitality, which will manage all hotels and serviced units.
The project includes more than 19 kilometers of internal beachfronts, over 40 feddans of swimmable lagoons, a private beach, a retail hub, and Crysta Beach Walk, a signature promenade designed for relaxation and community activities. With three boutique hotels and exclusive residential islands, Crysta Mountain View aims to redefine coastal hospitality and position itself as a year-round destination on the Mediterranean.
