Mountain View has announced the launch of Spring Fields Park, the final residential phase within its iCity October project, Invest-Gate reports. Spanning 60 feddans, the phase features standalone villas, townhouses, iVillas, and Millennials Apartments, all designed with Mountain View’s signature style and offering expansive open spaces for diverse social and recreational activities.
Designed in a serene Tuscan style, Spring Fields Park introduces the Ranch Experience, a unique feature enabling residents to engage in farming activities. This phase includes areas like Ranch Pods and Nature’s Track to encourage social interaction, alongside innovative spaces such as the Glass House for indoor planting and the Kitchen Garden, promoting a natural and healthy lifestyle. Community events will be managed by The Lighthouse in alignment with Mountain View’s vision of “building communities and spreading happiness.”
iCity October spans over 500 feddans with a prime location in West Cairo, just five minutes from Juhayna Square and close to major hubs like October’s Shooting Club and Chillout Park. This fully integrated community offers residents amenities such as the MV Club, featuring top-tier sports academies, and the International Life School for a premium education. Over 500 families have already moved into this community, with more than 2,000 units completed and delivered.
